A man is shot dead inside a locked police cell after seeking protection. Scully and Doggett are called in to investigate and they find that the killer shot blindly through a roof and an air duct into the top of the man's head.
In a warehouse the exterminator (from Surekill Exterminators), Dwight, "shoots" three man with his fingers, it is revealed that his brother, Randall, is the shooter and can see through walls.
Scully suggests that the killer's eyes may be different, giving him the ability to see through walls, Doggett does not buy it.
Scully and Doggett question Dwight, but they do not believe his innocence and return with a search warrant. The brothers are arrested and questioned. Scully attempts to confront Randall about his abilities.
The secretary, who was stealing from the brothers, tries to leave town with the money and Randall, but Dwight catches her.
Dwight orders Randall to shoot her, but he shoots his brother instead.
