Delivery Delays

Have you ever thought that an e-commerce site could be too truthful about it's delivery time for back-ordered items?
Yesterday I ordered a few things from a major UK e-commerce site (they sell mobile phones and networking kit - you may recognise them from the screenshot) and ordered a couple of non-stock items that they order on request. I logged in today to see what sort of delivery time they were expecting and got a shock.
1000 days... I hope this is not as inaccurate as their previous estimates - an item estimated at 3 days took over 3 weeks to be delivered. At that rate I'll get these items in about 19 years!
